The Details

We live for the details.

Anyone can clean a house. You will notice ours in the things nobody would think to ask for.

  • Pillowcase seams turned away from the door
  • Towels folded in thirds, edges facing in
  • Spice jars turned label-forward
  • The oldest milk moved to the front
  • Hand soap topped up before it runs low
  • Shoes paired in the mudroom
  • The dog’s bowls washed and refilled
  • Charging cables coiled and put away
  • Fingerprints gone from every light switch
  • Something sweet on the pillow, every visit

Small things, every visit. None of them skipped.

The Week

The perfect week, every week.

Same day, same time, same team. One visit sets up your whole week, and the routine never slips.

  1. Tuesday · 8:45 am

    We let ourselves in

Right after school drop-off. Your house manager texts the moment we arrive.

  2. Tuesday · 2:30 pm

    The house is reset

Every bed changed and pressed. Bathrooms detailed. The kitchen polished and the refrigerator edited. Kids’ rooms back in order. We are gone before pickup.

  3. Tuesday · 6:00 pm

    You walk in

Your scent in the air, the beds turned down, something sweet on the pillow. Fresh flowers and cold sparkling water too, if you have added them. Nothing to check.

  4. Thursday

    A quick text

Your house manager checks in. Guests coming, a room that needs extra attention next visit? It is on the list.

  5. The weekend

    The house gets lived in

Friends over, kids home, the dog muddy after the park. That is what it is for.

  6. Next Tuesday · 8:45 am

    Back to perfect

Same team, same time. The house resets and the week starts again.

Who we keep house for

Made for the way you live.

Every home runs differently. We learn the rhythm of yours in the first month, then keep to it without being asked.

A spotless mudroom with children's backpacks on hooks and boots lined up in pairs

The family home

Four kids, a dog and bathrooms used like ten. We change every bed, reset the playroom and leave the mudroom in order, so the house is calm by the time everyone gets home. Everything we use is safe for children and pets.

A walk-in closet with pressed shirts, polished shoes and a neatly packed suitcase

The working week

You are both out by seven and home after dark. We come and go while you are out, keep the keys and alarm code safe, and leave every room exactly the way you like it. You will never explain anything twice.

A sunlit entry foyer with keys and a sealed note on a brass tray

The house while you travel

Winters in Palm Beach, summers on the Cape. We look in on the house every week you are away, then have it ready the night you land: the house aired out, the beds turned down, your scent in the air.

Our people

The last housekeepers you’ll ever hire.

The same team, every visit

No rotating strangers. The people in your home learn how you like it, and keep it that way.

One house manager

One name, one number. Text a request and it is done on the next visit.

Our own people

Every housekeeper is employed and trained by us. Never subcontractors, never day labor.

Vetted and discreet

Background-checked, insured and bonded, with confidentiality agreements on request. What happens in your home stays there.

Keys and codes, handled

Held securely, signed out by name and never labelled with your address.

Nothing to manage

We keep the soap, paper and bath amenities topped up, remember how you like things and flag anything that needs a repair.

The Standard

Every room, every visit.

This is the baseline, before a single flower goes in. Your house manager checks every line before we leave.

Gloved hands tucking a pressed white sheet into a hotel corner

Beds, made properly

Every bed changed, sheets steam-pressed on site and made with hotel corners. Pillows dressed and squared.

Rolled white towels and amber bottles on a marble vanity

Bathrooms, detailed

Stone, glass and fixtures polished without a streak. Towels rolled, amenities refilled before they run out.

Every visit

No dust, anywhere.

Under the beds, along the baseboards, on top of the frames. If it can hold dust, we get to it. Checked line by line before we leave.

  • Dusted top to bottom, every ledge and frame
  • Under the beds, behind the sofas

  • Stone-safe formulaspH-neutral care for marble, limestone, brass and fine wood, so nothing is etched or dulled.
  • Miele HEPA vacuumsSealed filtration that traps dust and allergens instead of moving them around.
  • Laurastar steamLinens pressed on site, the way the best hotels do it.

Questions

What clients ask first.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients give us a key or code and we come and go while you are out. Your house manager texts when we arrive and when we leave.

Who comes to the house?

The same small team every visit, led by your house manager. If someone is ever out, you hear about it in advance and meet the replacement before they start.

Can you work around kids, a nanny or pets?

Yes. We schedule around school runs, naps and the people already in your home, and everything we use is safe for children and pets.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Everything, from the vacuums and steamers to the cleaners and cloths. You never buy a cleaning product again.

What if something is damaged?

We are fully insured and bonded. If anything is ever broken, your house manager tells you the same day and we make it right.

How is a larger home priced?

After a private walk-through we quote one fixed price per visit for your home. No hourly billing and no surprises on the invoice.

What happens when we travel?

Your membership pauses, or we look in on the house while you are away and have it ready the night you return.
